Here at That Vintage Wholesaler we grade our clothing items to accurately to ensure that YOU as our valuable customer receive accurate descriptions of the condition. Items are classified into three main grades: Grade A, Grade B and Grade C.
Grade A items are typically free of major stains, holes, or major imperfections. They have been carefully inspected. Please note that 10-15% of items may be Grade B due to human error. While we make every effort to thoroughly inspect each item before shipping, some minor imperfections may be missed.
Grade B items are still in good condition but may show some visible signs of wear, such as minor fading, small stains, pinholes or slight fabric pilling. These pieces are priced more affordably.
Grade C pieces are items with noticeable stains, holes, or other imperfections that are difficult to repair. These garments are typically removed from our regular selection, but may occasionally be included in Grade B orders. Grade C items are often found in workwear and jacket boxes, where the flaws are more acceptable.
Dispatch: Your order will usually be dispatched within 3-5 working business days.
During busy periods or bank holidays our orders are typically dispatched within 7–10 business days. In many cases, our boxes are prepped and ready to go, allowing us to dispatch as soon as the next business day!
Once your order is entered into the booking on system, you’ll automatically receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Please remember and bare in mind that this is second hand used vintage clothing that you are buying in bulk. We only deal B2B and we expect you as a customer to understand the industry and how second hand clothing works.
